1. How do I place an order?
Simply click into the item you would like to purchase, most items have different colour options available for selection from the down list, then hit ‘Add to Cart’. Do this for as many items as you would like to purchase.
Once you have all the items you would like, go to your ‘Cart’, review your order and make sure you have read all the information  before placing your order. By hitting Checkout and placing your order you agree that you have read and understand the below information.
Once you hit the Checkout button you will be redirected to Paypal where you can log into your existing Paypal account or process the payment using your credit card.
Please put custom details into the 'note to seller' section or email through your details to [email protected] - if paying via credit card.
2. Can you add a personal note to my order?
We would love to, just add it as a note to us when you place your order.
3. Do my prints come framed?
Unfortunately, we don't offer a framing service due to breakage during shipping and postage costs to you as the customer. Ikea have a range of frames that will fit our prints. The majority of the prints are are either 21x30mm or 30x40mm and fit well into the IKEA Ribba and Fjallsta frames (and any other frames this size).
4. How long will it take for my order to be sent?
We send all orders as soon as possible, usually 5-10 business days (please bear in mind that we are a family run studio). If you do have something that requires our most urgent attention, please contact us [email protected]
5. What are your shipping costs?
Flat rate including multiple prints:
Australia - $5.00 (standard)
New Zealand - $10.00 (registered)
All items are shipped from the Southern Sydney, NSW Australia, via standard Australia Post delivery unless otherwise requested.
We highly recommend Registered Post. Registered Post is an extra $3.20 within Australia. By choosing Regular Post you understand that this store is NOT responsible for any lost or misplaced packages during shipping with Australia Post.
Lost items: If your parcel does not arrive (and you have used registered express post), please contact us, items can be traced through Australia Post with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for any losses or missing items sent through Australia Post. We recommend registering your parcel for $3.50 which covers you in such a case.
All items are shipped in either Ollipop heavy duty cardboard tubes or sturdy flat mailers. All items are packaged and shipped with the utmost care, so please be aware that Ollipop does not claim responsibility for packages once they are shipped.
All prints come unframed and unmounted.

6. How do I pay for my print?
Payments are processed through Paypal's secure online system.

7. Do you do custom prints?

9. What is your returns policy?
As most goods are made to order items cannot be returned unless there is a fault or error (in which case we will offer to replace the item) so please choose carefully as there are no refunds available. If you believe an error has been made on your custom item, please contact us as soon as possible with your concern.
10. Will the print be the same colour as I see on screen?
Please note the colours you see on the monitor might be slightly different than the real print due to all monitors being different. Our prints are custom made and NOT mass produced, therefore there may be very slight inconsistencies in colour or slight printer rollers marks on your print.
11. How do I care for my print?
To ensure your print stays in good condition, please try to keep it inside and framed, avoid very moist areas and direct sunlight. **To prolong the life of your large format poster you may like to consider having it mounted onto a backing board to help keep the poster flat over time and for extra support.**
12. What is you Copyright policy?
All images and designs are copyright Ollipop Design, please do not use them without permission. Copyright is not transferable on sale of print. The design and all content of this web site remains subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in any way without our express consent.
